Island accommodates a maximum of sixteen (16) anglers. The lake bed gradually slopes away from the angler reaching a depth of around 4-5' before sloping upwards again towards a central island.

Again, the lake is well stocked with a variety of species including carp to double figures as well as a large head of F1s up to 4lb. There is also some quality silverfish sport to be had with bream to 3lb, quality roach up to 1lb as well some very big perch over 3lb. The current match weight record as of March 2024 stands at 250lb.

Most fish are caught on the pole with the lake only being fourteen (14) metres wide at its widest point. Best baits include pellets, corn and meat during the warmer weather with pinkies, maggot and caster scoring well in colder weather.
